Global Conservation Leaders will be built upon the academic foundation and infrastructure of social justice, equity, diversity, access and inclusion. Any barriers that might be found in a more traditional setting will not be the case here. Students from diverse ethnic, racial, socioeconomic and other backgrounds will have equal access to everything available, and they will be successful contributors to the systemic culture and success of the academies. So when our students go out into the world, they will be doing good work as good people.
